Jeri Hall, a professional woman with two degrees in Business Management, founded S.O.S. in 2010, after 25 years of corporate experience in the private business sector.

She has attracted a multi-talented group of associates with whom she works; they are bonded and have earned various college degrees or have completed multiple post-secondary courses, and are licensed notaries in the State of Texas.
